The 3 Ps of Entrepreneurship & Founder Success
☑️ Passion
☑️ Persistence
☑️ Problem-Solving
These are the three traits every entrepreneur / founder needs to become successful.
1️⃣ Passion
Passion is the bedrock. Whatever you choose to do, whatever you choose to build, do so with passion.
You need to be passionate about the work. It's the only way to stay in the game long enough to make it work. Because passion is built on authenticity and a knowing that what you're building needs to exist. It's a drive that won't go away because, even if you burnout or get bored, you'll always come back to whatever you're passionate about. It's inevitable.
2️⃣ Persistence
Every founder needs to be persistent. You will face days where nothing's happening, where it doesn't feel like progress is being made. You'll go days without sales. You'll go days where the operation feels like it's duct taped together. But you'll press on because the dream is worth it. This is why passion is paramount. It's the thing that'll keep you pushing forward, even when anyone else would've given up way earlier.
Almost no one ever succeeds immediately. Most of us spend years grinding until it finally makes sense & the cash starts to tumble in. It sucks, it's demoralizing, but, if you stay with it, if you persist, it'll be one of the most rewarding things you'll ever do.
3️⃣ Problem Solving
Creating value is just a fancy way of saying you solve problems. That's what entrepreneurs do. They solve a problem for someone and get a reward in the process. That's it.
Think about your own life & what you do everyday. You need to eat, so you go to a grocery store or a restaurant or order online. Problem solved. You need to take your mind off of things, so you go to a bar or play a video game or go axe throwing. Problem solved.
All of those things were started by founders who thought they'd be able to solve someone's problem.
But this also applies to the day to day operations. You need to file your LLC or build a website or borrow the funds to scale up, so you come to folks like us. Problem solved.
Find your passion, solve the associated problems, and persist until it works. Because it will. Go build something amazing. And call us if you need any help.
